Build waveform with PicoScope 4424 and LabView

Hello to everybody,
I do a search in the forum but not able to find the answer (and I'm sure there's somewhere)

I'm using the LabView sample vi donwloaded from picoscope site.
All work fine on LV10.
My question is: how I can "build" the waveform? I get the value scaled to 32764 bit counts and voltage range. But for the time I'm having some problem to understand.
How I calculate the time betwen samples? Is the Desided Sample Interval? Because it's on my system.
Any suggestion is welcome.
