Pico USB-parallel adaptor with ADC-212/100

Post by Baky »

Hello!

I installed Pico PicoFull_r5_21_2 for an ADC-212/100 device using Pico USB-parallel adaptor on Windows 7 32-bit. During the installation I selected the appropriate device (ADC-212) and port USB-PP1; so far, so good!

After the installation I connected the device via USB-parallel adaptor and everything has worked. I restart my pc and tried to start Picoscope but this time it hasn't worked!

I redid the same procedure on a VMware disc with Windows XP SP3; exactly the same it worked only once!

Any hint?!

Thank you.

Try plugging the adaptor in without the ADC212 attached, and then connect it to the adaptor. Alternatively try the Picoscope6 Automotive Software http://www.picoauto.com/software.html which supports the ADC212.

If neither of these work then please contact the support team at support@picotech.com and they can discuss your specific setup in more detail.
