PS4000sdk_r10_1_0_17 has only LabView version 10 examples?

Post by jg001 »

We are using PicoScope 4424 and LabView 8.2 and 9. I downloaded PS4000sdk_r10_1_0_17.zip. But when I tried to open a vi or the llb, it says that they were created using LabView version 10 and cannot be opened with either 8.2 or 9. Are these examples and codes available for LabView version 8 or 9? Thanks.

What you can do is run an evaluation copy of Labview 10 and then open the SDK from that you can then look at the files and then port them.

Hi you can download our softwrae development kit for the 4000 which has Labview in it from our webpage:

http://www.picotech.com/software.html

Just choose your product then select Software SDK.

We are not able to save the examples in a format copatible with v7.1.

You can download a free 30 day trial of the latest labview version

http://www.ni.com/trylabview/

and use it to see how the example code works, then port this back to your 7.1 version.
