4224 and dBm/Hz

Post by xdsl »

When using the PicoScope 4224 in Specrum Mode I to have a graph measuring in dBm on the Y-Axis and the range of Frequency on the X-Axis. With this presentation I can see the referenced power in dBm

Now, I would like to measure the power via dBm/Hz

Is there an option in the setting somewhere to have the Y-Axis in dBm/Hz

thanks in advance

Hi unfortunately not,

Unless of course you write your own software to do so!

Or Unless there is a third party software tool that can look at saved text or binary files and do this, but I am not an expert in this area I don't know if anybody on the forum has had experience with this. Ofcourse you this would mean it would not be done in real time though!

Kind regards
