Are there any diagnostic tests to run on my adc-212?

Post by coolwood »

It was working just great and when I connected the signal ground I got a ground fault. Now when I try use it I get the "ADC-212 not connected" error message. I checked all the cables and connections. The power light is lit. Not sure of what to do next. Is there a place I can sent the unit for repair? Are there any other tests I can run to find out why the software does not recognize the scope.

Thanks

Coolwood,

Since I'm assuming that you didn't make any changes to the computer setup (port changes etc), that this would indicate that some components on the scope/USB-Parallel adapter have been damaged. The unit will have to be sent back to Pico for repairs.

If you wanted to do this you need to send an email to support@picotech.com detailing the problem and your return address along with the serial number of the unit. They will let you know what steps need to be done.
