When the scope (3224) is connected via the usb port, the system identifies it and loads its driver. Picoscope 5 informs that the scope is not connected even though the OS has recognized it and installed its driver. All the releases of Picoscope 6, I have downloaded, crash as soon as they are run.
My system must have a 64 OS and excluding Unix variants, I don't intend to install a 32 bit version of Windows. Other than installing Windows 7, is there any way of getting the instrument to operate on XP64?
Hi,
There is a Microsoft issue with 64 bit XP but we do have a work-around.
Please use the latest version available of PicoScope6:- http://www.picotech.com/software.html
I attach the winusb.dll file as a zip. Sorry about the hassle, it is a Microsoft problem about updating XP 64 bit drivers and we can't do it automatically, so I am told!

Hi,
Best if you come over to Help-desk so I can go through what the problem can be:- support@picotech.com
As for your username, are you trying to re-register when you just need to log-in?
