Picolog 1216

Post by Mike7777777 »

Hi

1216 logger is measuring voltages correctly, alarm function is operating correctly, hold function for alarm is operating correctly (green to yellow to red). I've selected digital output 2 in response to the alarm after the point is exceeded; assuming this is terminal D2 on the small board PR112, what will I see there? 3.3v when the alarm operates? How long does this 3.3v hold for? Thanks

Hi the alarm value is 3.3V and will last as long as the alarm condition is met.
Hope this helps.

Thanks
When there is no alarm activation, is the terminal D2 held at ground ie zero volts?
