WPS500

Post by s4c »

Hi

This week I bought the WPS500 and am just getting to grips with it.

Can you tell me how to change the measurements from mB to inHG as its a measurement I am more used to. I tried to make a custom probe but got confused when I got to the 'Y' 'X' options.

Regards

Simon

Hi Simon

I have built some probes for the WPS500 which read in InHg in all 3 Ranges of the Pressure Transducer.

Please note there are 6 Probes which cover all 3 modes. 3 are called 'InHg Pressure' and 3 are called 'InHg VAC'.

The 'InHg Pressure' Probes are set to show Pressure in the Positive Range of the Software and Vacuum in the Negative Range of the Software.

The 'InHg VAC' Probes are set to show the Vacuum in the Positive Range of the Software and Pressure in the Negative Range of the Software.

I have built them like this as I know engineers and Technicians have different preferences of wanting to see Vacuum as a Read Out.

I hope this helps.

Kind Regards

Hi Lee

Many thanks for that. I will have a play with them today at work and let you know how I get on.
