Problems to install PicoScope 9201 software on Win 7 engine

Post by Stonecutter »

Hello,

i have a problem installing and running the software for Picoscope 9201A on my computer with WInsows 7 64bit version. When i installit it gives me couple times the error messeges (1. can not run x86 build on the utility on x64 platform and 2. initializing driver failed) and on the end it says the software was successfully installed! But when i start it the computer does not reconizes the PicoScope 9201 and runs only a demo version of the Picoscope sofware!

What is to do? Need some help!

Best regards,
Stonecutter

Hi,
I am afraid that the software does not support 64 bits:-
http://www.picotech.com/picoscope9200-s ... tions.html.
"Operating system 32-bit edition of Windows XP (SP2 or above), Vista or Windows 7."

Hi,
I am afraid that is not possible until the software is re-written.
