No channel B

Post by pauldoughty »

just had delivery of a 3204 today, channel A works ok but there isnt a trace for channel B. Is there something in the software that I havn't set or is the unit faulty?

Paul,

Have you setup Channel B in the software? On software startup it defaults to having Channel A on with the rest of the channels off. You will need to select the proper voltage range you are going to be looking at. Or is the trace displayed but it does not change when you apply a signal to the scope?
