read the sync levels of a VGA signal

Post by Jefman »

HI,

I bought a 2105 and would like to know how I setup the software to read the VGA signals from a pc, i know that HSYNC/VSYNC are TTL signals, RED/GREEN/BLUE are 0.7V peak-to-peak (0V for black level, 0.7V for full color intensity). But how do I configure the software ?

Thanks

Hi,
The 2105 does not have any specific TV trigger modes so you will need to carefully set the trigger level to stabilise the signal you are looking at. You only have one channel so you must trigger off the actual waveform you wish to view, rather than any other.
