Hello, I have to use my new device in real time acquiring but when i set the sempling interval and maximum number of semple it doesn't works.
the device acquire a semple every 10 seconds for 3 hours, even if I set 1 semple a minute for 24 hours....
why?

Can you send a short captured data file (.plw) or at least a saved settings file (.pls) to me on Help-desk?
support@picotech.com
I can then look at you settings to work out what is wrong.
