3205 sonda "A" nao faz leitura

Boa tarde,
Comprei recentemente um pico 3205 ea sonda "A" deixou de fazer leitura, ficando o sinal "!" Vermelho a piscar, e não aparece nenhuma leitura.
Como solucionar o problema?

It sounds like you have a faulty scope. Contact Pico's support at support@picotech.com for an RMA #...
