sampling frequency

What is the maximum value of sampling frequency that can be set in an ADC-24 using 3 channels only, or all.

Hi,
The ADC-20 (or 24) can be set to sample at periods of between 66mS & 600mS. This sampling rate must be shared between all channels so three channels would mean sampling rates three times slower. Each of the three channels would be sampled at about 5Hz maximum. All sixteen channels could be sampled at about 1Hz maximum.

Sorry for my bad English.
I use the channels in differential mode.
I sampled from a source consisting of geophones (coil at 4.5 Hz).
Is this possible?
What the sample rate I can set?
Must use all eight channels for maximum yield?

Hi,
To sample one Geophone differentially you will need to use two channels so your sample rate will be 8Hz at best which is not enough to sample a 4.5 Hz signal. (Twice signal frequency at least is required.)
