Can't install Picoscope6

Hi,
I have 64-bit Windows 7 Professional Edition at my PC. I couldn't complete installation of Picoscope6_r6_2_14.exe. After coping and registering new files stage i observe rolling back stage without any error messages. What is possible reason?
