Odd readings

Post by Manor »

We have just purchased EL040 along with a EL005 data logger. We have fitted them in three shops and have found that one clamps is reading currents 10x the actual load.

How do we correct this? or have we got a faulty clamp

Hi you are probably using one of the new current clamps that has x10 switch on it. Just flick the switch and it should give you the correct readings.

The clamps we are using are all switched to the same settings. We moved the clamps around last night and the same in-put is still reading higher readings.
