Hello,

I plgugged in my Sensing head:

TT-LF 212
10:1 - 1,2m
Attenuation Ratio: x10
Input Impedance: 10 MΩ, 14 pF
Bandwidth: 150 MHz
Rise Time: 2,3 ns
Cable Length: 1,2 m
Compensation Range: 10..60 pF

in Channel A. Then I plugged it in the Signal Out Channel.

Bellow is the image what i got. Is this normal? Why is it not a clean Sine Signal? And bellow you can see the Measurement. It displays more then 1000kHz but why?

Hi are you saying you used a BNC to BNC cable to plug the output connector to channel A and activated put the sig-gen to create a 1kHz sine wave and that is what you are getting on the screen.

If that is the case then there is something wrong with the oscilloscope and you need to either return it to contact your distributor that you purchased it off or if you purchased it of us then you need to email us at support@picotech.com with your full address and contact details and we would then generate a returns number for you and instructions on what to do to return the unit to us.

Yeah that's exactly what I've done.

I wrote also an email to you with the same result so i'll return it to the store i got it from (Conrad.at).

The bad thing is that it was a Birthday present and i got it on sunday and the two weeks are by far over....

Hi the unit has a 2 year warranty so you are well within that :)
