ADC11 pico.sys file error

Dear Sir,
I have a Pico data logger (ADC11 on LPT1), every time that I try open the software, I am posted with a error -

ADC11/22 Driver V4.0
pico.sys not found

I have tried all sorts of things but cannot get things to work...please help

Hi,

Has this worked on your PC before?
What OS are you using?
What version of the software are you using?
Have you installed the device for the USBADC11 or parallel ADC11?

Hi Ziko,

No it has not worked on this pc before, I took the whole unit to a completely new pc and installed the software and plugged in the device and it all works perfectly...

OS - I am running windows XP with SP3.
Software Ver - I have installed from the original CD and I have tried the software updates from your website (PicoFull_r5_16_2 & PicoFull_r5_20_3)
the two downloaded updates rollback on completion and will not install.

Install Device - During the pico install setup, I install ADC11 (parallel)

I read on another post that running the Regdrive application would help however, I cannot even open this file.

Look forward to a solution

Hi firstly I would uninstall the software before installing any new version of the software. See if this sorts out the roll back problem.
