Single Shot Half-Sine Wave

Post by dnieltjhin »

Hello!

I've been trying to produce a single shot half-sine wave, and I've used two different kinds of PicoScope Generator; the 2204A and the 5244A, and I've faced a roadblock with the both of them.

For the 2204A, I can get the Half-Sine Wave, but my question is; is there a way to get a single shot half-sine wave with that generator type? If yes, which function can I use to produce it?

As for the 5244A, I can get the generator to produce a single shot of a waveform, but unfortunately it's not a half-sine one. Is there any possibility to produce a half-sine wave within the scope of the generator?

Thank you and I hope there is a solution to my problems.

Hi

For the 5000 series you can't generate a half sine signal on a 5000A but the 5000B and 5000D variants are able to generate this signal type and have the triggers option for the signal generator to be able to generate a single shot of the waveform.
