Just want to get some feedback on a couple of waveforms that I took of a 1992 Ford F150 w/5.0L V8. Engine seems to surge at times, mostly at cruise so trying to figure out a few things. I am used to electronics and looking at waveforms on electronics circuits but vehicle is newer to me. A little rusty.

The first one is with the lead on the coil wire (A) and second lead on #1 wire (B) I think I have an open wire but measured it with an ohmmeter and it reads 900 ohms. I checked another wire of similar length and found similar reading. Then I looked at waveform closer and seen that it looks to fire twice. Thoughts?

The second waveform is of the amp clamp hooked to the positive battery cable, cranking WOT for relative compression. I see the spikes every so often. Thoughts?
