4423 wont connect to computer?

4423 wont connect to computer?

anyone have troubles with the 4423 not connecting to computer ? it worked for a little bit then stopped working.
acted like a poor connection at the usb port. i have tried another computer and other cables. ? the red led does come on when plugged in.

Please work through the first three sections of the Frequently Asked Questions and if this does not resolve the issues send the trace.xml file to support@picotech.com
