I have several pico scopes. I need to datalog 1 channel (current) for a few hours. Can I do this with a scope and store to my computer on and excel file. The sample rate is slow, maybe a second.

Hi yes you can depending on what device you have and what sample rate you require. Download PicLog recorder from our website.

What device do you have and how quick to you wish to sample?

I have various Pico scopes, but I want to use an ADC 212 for this project and then later swap to one of the faster units when they are finished on the project they are now on.
I want to sample about every 500 msec and I want to do this for days if possible or hours if not possible.
thanks
I have collected data using my pc, but I can't get it to load automatically to excel for longer storage. I just need one channel

Hi You can write your own software as a macro in exccel (VBA) to put the data on the spread sheet. However if you use PicoLog recorder you can always save the files after you have finished your test in the format you require.
