Automated measurement

Post by Guest »

I’m thinking of using a pico scope (2000 series) in an automated test environment. This environment is script based, but I can connect via TCP/IP.

I’m looking for setting AWG, capturing and validating signal levels, reading measurements (rise times, RMS value etc.).

Is there software to do this? Or is there sample source code to begin with?

Thanks!

Hi I do not fully understand what you are trying to do, can you give more information please? We provide programming examples and a full technical reference manual, which together help you to achieve your goal. The programming examples are just introductions on how to communicate with the device.

Kind regards

Hi,

I've read some more of the online doc, and what I want seems to be possible. But to be sure:

I see software with an advanced user interface. But for testing purpose, I need to connect the scope, start a program with runs some tests, and just give me the conclusion passed or failed.

I wonder if there is software where writing such tests ( and the validation of the measured signals ) is very easy.

Hi We do not have any software that does that however, you would be able to achieve this if you wrote your own software.
