New Version doesn't SAVE

Hello,
The newest version of PICO6 for windows for the 2204A will not allow me to save any data. The screen comes up and I can browse file location but I cannot click on any of the buttons, the 'X', file name or anything. Escape key does not exit me out - in short the program essentially freezes up and I have CTRL ALT DELETE to close it. Version 12.9 worked just fine and when I download a different version (for example the automotive demo) it saves just fine.

Can you send me a link to the previous version of the software please?

If you email support@picotech.com we will be able to send a link to the older version.

It would help if you were able to send us a trace.xml file to debug why you are experiencing the issue with the latest version. Please check section 3 of the Frequently Asked Questions to locate this file.

Often where dialogs do not function correctly an update to the Microsoft .NET components on the PC will fix the issue, so this may be worth while checking as well.
