PS2000.vi in labview 8.6

PS2000.vi in labview 8.6

When trying to open the PS2000.vi in labview 8.6, it just comes up with,

LabVIEW: File is not a resource file. The file 'PS2000.vi' could not be loaded.

Any ideas?
