driver issue with PicoLog6.1.3 and pico-104

I'm trying to get my PT-104 working (through USB initially but Ethernet later) and I've installed the PicoLog 6 sw (6.1.3) but when I first run the software, I get an error of "Missing Drivers one or more drivers could not be detected on the computer. The installation can be re-run". I've tried reinstalling twice but no change. suggestions? thanks

Hi Michael,

If you are using Windows 10, please open the Windows Device Manager. Next, right-click the entry for the USB PT-104 and select 'Update driver'.

Follow the instructions to update the driver if one is found.

If a new driver is not found, or you are using a different operating system, please let us know.

I am using Windows 10. I don't see an entry of USB PT-104 but I do see "PICO DEVICE" under "Other Devices". When I try to update the driver there, it says it can't find the driver software. looked on the web site and didn't see it either. thanks for the guidance
