Saving Data as PDF

Post by BobSwift »

Hello,
I work in a test lab collecting data for customers. The preferred data format to send customers is PDF. We normally use the 4824 scopes for the high channel count (8). We also use several of the measurement functions when collecting data. I currently use the "Notes:" block to explain which color line relates to which probe measurement. When saving as PDF, some of the notes get chopped off due to some size limit? We had to start using the Copy entire Window as Image and dump it into MS Paint to save everything we needed.
Is there anyway to label the channels?
Save the channel properties in the PDF?
We have to label the data so anyone with an electrical background could read the graph without asking any questions.

FYI... If you made a 12 channel scope we would purchase it.

Thanks,
Bob

Thank you for your feedback, I have added these to the feature request list, hopefully for inclusion in the next major release.

Unfortunately there are no plans for a 12 channel scope.
