Dear Admins
As I have not sent many posts I don't have sufficient privileges to send PMs. Is it possible to change this? I would find it useful to be able to PM user: hexamer about his FRA4 software. I would normally ask this sort of admin question via PM, but there is a chicken & egg problem with that!
I can understand your reasoning for this limitation to discourage spam and time-wasting or frivolous posts, but I'm not sure it works as intended.
