Reversing ChA and ChB when "copy as text"

Post by menetrier »

I have problems using the software (PicoScope® 6 - PC Oscilloscope software version: 6.0.11.2)... when I copy the curve ( like "copy as text" ) to excel....
Sometimes it's changed the channels ( reversed ) . The name (title) stay right .. but the numbers reversed, the numbers from channel A is channel B and the numbers from channel B is channel A.
I need a solution for this.

Hi I have not encountered this myself, I have had one other query about it a while ago. Try the latest software 6.0.13 and let me know how you get on.

Kind regards

Hi I cannot recreate the problem myself.

However I would try the following:

1) Uninstall the software.
2) Delete the Pico folder
3) Delete the "Pico Technology" settings folder, found under:

c:\Documents and Settings\xxxx\Local Settings\Application Data\Pico Technology

where xxxx is your user log in.

4) Install the latest software again.

Let me know how you get on.

Kind regards

Hello, the problem happened again.
I need to do this ("copy as text") and paste to excel because I need to see the diference between channel A and channel B (other curve with Channel A - Channel B). Please add this function in next PicoScope version. Really, I need this function (look my pictures, you can see what I need).
Thanks.
Best Regards,
