SENT decoding - trigger on slow SENT error messages

Post by nbe »

Hello,

In our company, we are handling customer returns and we did an acquisition of 2 picoscopes last year. [2x 3000series]

Recently we had a customer return on which we could not easily confirm the defect.
Customer says that after several hours of testing there is a error message 0x880 which is popping up in the slow SENT message.

We could easily decode the slow SENT message but we didn't saw this error message. See screenshot:

I was wondering if it is possible to put a "trigger" on only SENT error message and to keep it. In fact to know that the error message has popped up.
The goal is to run the part the complete weekend and see if we have the 0x880 error message.

If anything is unclear, don't hesitate to ask some questions.
Hope you could support.

Thanks in advance
Best regards
Nicolas

Hi nbe,

There is no way to do what you ask, and this is not something we're going to be able to help you with on a forum, as we would need more information to be able to get the bottom of the actual problem.

Could you send your request in to our helpdesk at support@picotech.com, preferably with a psdata file showing the problem.

Regards,

Gerry
