getEtsBlockData Integer Overflow

Postby viktorbollen » Tue Dec 05, 2017 11:35 pm

Hello,
I am trying to run my pico scope via matlab, but when I try to run the ETS example provided the etsTimes returned by getEtsBlockData are all integer overflow values (-9223372036854775808). Unfortunately I can't find any refernce to this getEtsBlockData in the either the api or matlab manuals. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Viktor

What scope model are you using?
What OS are you running Matlab on?
Are you running 32 or 64 bit?

Hi Neil,
Sorry, I should've specified more. I am using a 5244A running on a 64 bit version of Windows 10.

Hi Viktor

We are looking into this and I have been able to reproduce this problem.
This issue is specific to the 64-bit version, while the 32-bit version appears to be unaffected.
I am waiting for some feedback from our development team.

Yours,
Neil
