Input circuitry PS3224

Post by Audioguy »

Hi!

About the input circuitry of the PS3224.

If possible..

I would like to know the actual max input to the AD.

How many different attenuations are there? One setting of switched resistors (or equivalent) for every range from 20mV to 20V?

Any gain for low level signals?

/Peter

Hello Peter,

Those questions relate to specific, and therefore, confidential design details of our product.

I note that you are familiar with the Application Notes on our website and, it may prove useful from time to time if you do a search of the forum for topics that have already been discussed. You may also find the knowledge base (http://www.picotech.com/support/kb/) useful for some FAQ type information.

If using PicoLog, then you will find the context sensitive help very useful in explaining the various settings options and, you may also view or download PDF user manuals from http://www.picotech.com/document/ in addition to the installed user manuals.

If you are still experiencing difficulties in using your product after consulting the resources provided, then please send an email to support@picotech.com, where we shall be pleased to help.

Thanks, I understand!

Just want to understand how the input works, partly out of curiosity, but also so I use the Scope in the most effective way.
