No EXT Trigger source for AWG in PicoScope 3206D

I am trying to generate a wave that is triggered by an external triggering source (JSR pulsar) connected to the EXT port on my picoscope. I connected the GEN channel to channel B. A wave should be triggered every millisecond (1000kHz), however, the wave is only produced once. I know the triggering works, because If I connect Channel A using real ultrasonic waveform out puts from the JSR pulser things look fine. Upon looking through documentation, I saw that there should be an EXT triggering source option for the signal generator, but there is non for me. So how do I properly trigger a signal generated with a picoscope 3206d?

I have just tested here and if I apply a signal to the Ext input I can generate the number of cycles of the waveform specified in the signal generator dialog.

Can you post the information from Help->About , and can you also post a psdata file with your setup.
