Logic trigger AND doesn't work

Post by Justyn »

Hi,

I'm finding that the logic "And" trigger doesn't work.

Under "Advanced triggers" I select two channels and set them to:
* Level
* Direction: Below
* Threshold 1: 1.5v
* Hysteresis 1%

If I check the box for both of them to "Used" then I get no trigger.

If I unselect one of the "Used" boxes so it triggers from only one, then it triggers correctly. That goes for either channel. So they are definitely set up correctly to trigger on their own.

But as soon as I select both as "Used" again no trigger, despite the fact that the conditions occur together.

Selection logic "Or" does function correctly.

I have attached an image of the event I am attempting to trigger from: channels A and C below a threshold.

Edit: System info:

I have tested the functionality on the Windows version and it all seems correct, so in theory this should work. We have a new Linux version of PicoScope 6 due out very soon so I will check against this and report back.
