hi,we have a new USB PicoScope 6407.we want to use it as a digitizer.but,we have some issues when i get start.
we want to sample some periodic signal and use the SDK in Labview (block mode).and use the channel A as trigger source.it is normal when the threshold is 0,but when we set the threshold is 1500 or 2000(the number will not exceed the ranger),we find the digitizer will stop and can not terminate by the stop button.we test a lot of times,but can not sovle the problem.

It is always worth checking that the PicoScope 6 software can capture the signal you are looking at, and with the desired trigger level. If it does please post a psdata file for a single capture to help us understand the signal.
