serial decoding - graph (only in analog window)

Post by tonyt »

I have setup I2C serial decoding using D0 and D1, trigger is digital D0. However, the "Display packets in graph" is only visible in the Analog window. Why? If I turn off Sub-View Analog because I'm not using the Analog Channels, (to save screen space) then I don't see the graph. The "Display packets in graph" graph should be in the Digital Window not the Analog Window if the decoding is using digital inputs. A better idea is to allow the user to drag the "Display packets in graph" to any window and any vertical position.

This problem also applies to the cursor measurements as well. I can see the vertical cursors but the actual cursor box is stuck in the Analog window.

thanks tonyt

Thank you for the feedback. There is already a feature request related to this issue, with one possible solution being considered to use a single window for both analog and digital data.
