Need help with USB decoding

I've tried the latest stable and beta version, and the USB FS decoding only decodes the the first 1-4 packets from my test device. I told it to decode between the rulers, and by adjusting them it seems to be able to decode the packets in the middle, but only the first 1-4 after the ruler at a time. I have both D+ and D- connected and the signals look fine. The sample rate is 250MS/s. What could be the issue?
