I was already already using fast block mode. If the adc11 is a 20ks/s unit then using one channel you should be able to get a 50us sample interval if it runs full speed. I can only get intervals in the range of ms.
1) Ensure 1 channels is being used
2) Choose the number of samples to be say 20000 samples (20,000)
3) Choose the total time to be 1000000 us (1,000,000)
This will give you 50us intervals, I think you may have chosen the wrong number of samples or time.
using the ADC 11/12, in block mode, what is the maximum number of samples (or maximum sample time) one can set it to if you want to sample at 10 or 20kHz? thanks.
PicoLog will give you the best result with the given values you have chosen. There are two radio buttons:
a) "Total time stays constant"
-The time will remain very similar and the number of
samples will be compromised
b) "Number of samples stays constant"
-The number of samples will remain very similar
and the time will be compromised
If you change the numbers PicoLog will let you know if it is possible or not. For example if you wanted 20kS/s for 1 second then you can do as the then PicoLog will allow this as shown on the image attached.
