Added a new derivative math channel (rate of change)

It's time to dust off your calculus books from school, we've added a new feature to display the current rate of  change value, and also plot the data as a graph. A derivative describes how steep a curve is. More precisely, a derivative describes the slope or the rate of change of a signal trace at a particular point or time window. Rate of change is used widely in scientific and industrial applications.

Because the rate of change math channel data is also plotted on the graph like a measured channel, it is also possible to add alarms, annotations, measurement cursors, table plot, print outs and exports of data. 

The derivative math function can be used by adding a math channel, and has the following notation: derivative(channel)

In order to use the derivative function more effectively, it may be required to average the usually very noisey signal. We've added an averaging function that can be used in conjunction with any math function, including derivative. The function has a user configurable window length in seconds. 

To make a derivative of the average of the signal, users can use the following notation: derivative(average(channel, t))

The ability to add a custom name for a device

Simple quality of life change, you can now click on the serial number of a device in the channels and settings screen to change it's name to anything you like.
