Added support for Ethernet connected devices

The PicoLog CM3 current data logger and PT-104 both allow Ethernet connectivity and Power over Ethernet (PoE), PicoLog 6 now supports this functionality.

Previously in PicoLog 5, configuring IP connection settings was achieved with a separate application. In PicoLog 6, this is now built in to the software allowing you to change the settings with the logger connected via USB without restarting PicoLog.
