The current stable release of software (R5.07.4) was released before Windows XP was officially launched. Although the software is compatible with XP, the install program does not list XP as one of the options.
To install software for XP, please select Windows NT/2000 as the operating system (Windows XP is built on a 2000/NT code base). To install the software, you must be logged in with 'computer administrator' privileges.

“I have been searching your web pages trying to find out how I can drop a regular raw egg off a roof without it breaking. Years ago I did this in a physics class, but cannot remember what I did. There is nothing in your web pages regarding this. My 7 yr. old grandson and I would like to do it. Could you help ?”
If anyone has any suggestions as to how this can be done, please let us know by e-mailing tech@picotech.com. A selection of the best (or most amusing) replies will be reproduced in next months newsletter.
