PicoScope 7 Software
Available on Windows, Mac and Linux
The new kit contains a PicoScope 4444 oscilloscope kit and all the accessories you need to measure both voltage and current in up to three supply phases. With this kit you can safely measure up to 1000 V CAT III and up to 2000 A in domestic and industrial environments.
As well as displaying waveforms, the software provided automatically calculates measurements such as RMS and peak voltage and current, frequency, duty cycle and many others.
PicoScope 3000 Series USB-powered PC oscilloscopes are small, light, and portable, offering a range of high-performance specifications, while easily fitting into a laptop bag.
These oscilloscopes offer 2 or 4 analog channels and a built-in function / arbitrary waveform generator. MSO models additionally provide 16 digital channels.
The PicoVNA 106 vector network analyzer's application interface has been improved to support communication with 64-bit applications such as 64-bit versions of MathWorks MATLAB.
The updated revision 2.11.16 software also contains improvements to the data compare utility, which is used with the recently introduced check standard.
PicoLog 6.1.9 is out of beta testing and ready for use. Here are the new features in this release:
Since we mentioned Element 14's road test reviews of the PicoScope 5444D oscilloscope, another user (avnrdf) has published his results. In a detailed article with plenty of photos and screen shots, Avner gave our scope a score of 56/60. Features that came out particularly well were the powerful triggering modes, and the deep memory allowing fast sampling at long timebases.
This new educational video comes from the Pizzey Technology YouTube channel. It shows how to view the output of a bridge rectifier, and measure the ripple voltage and frequency.
Pico are exhibiting at the ElectroTestExpo on 26th March 2019 at Keele Hall, Staffordshire, UK.
Join us for a one-day exhibition with seminars focused on manufacturing test. Lunch and refreshments provided.
Q. Can I use a DrDAQ's pH input to control a pump?
A. Yes, using PicoLog 6's alarm feature. Click the Alarm button and select Threshold. In the Add Alarm dialog, enter the upper and lower pH thresholds, click Digital output and choose one of the four digital outputs. Connect a solid state relay or a transistor circuit to this digital output and use it to drive the pump.
