A new PicoSDK release

A new version of the Pico Software Development Kit (PicoSDK) has recently been released, with new features and fixes such as added support for the new PicoScope 6428E-D. You can check out the full release notes, or find out more about PicoSDK, on our website.

Building and Testing an IR Light Gate

In this video, James shows a quick example of building and testing an IR light gate using an oscilloscope. With two resistors, an IR LED, and an IR phototransistor, you can measure the speed of an object or the RPM of a motor.
