Since 1991 we have been supplying the world with test and measurement equipment. At Pico we realize that your choice of test accessories can be almost as important as your choice of test equipment. Here you can purchase a variety of test and measurement accessories quickly and securely online.
Our ergonomically designed passive oscilloscope probes are suitable for use with all major brands of oscilloscopes as well as the PicoScope range of USB Oscilloscopes. Passive probes don't require a power supply or batteries so are lightweight and easily portable.

The TA133 is a high-impedance passive probe with 500 MHz bandwidth. It is designed for use with oscilloscopes with a 1 MΩ input impedance and has a fixed attenuation of 10:1. The TA133 has been compensated to ensure optimal performance with the PicoScope 6404 oscilloscopes.
The compact design of this high-performance probe means there is only 2.5 mm housing diameter at the probe tip compared to the conventional 5 mm housing, making it easier to see the device under test and making it ideal for measurements of SMT components.
Each TA133 probe is supplied with the following accessories and spares:
