Hi,
I have just bought the ADC40 and every time I try to install any of the software, my computer blue screens and dies. I have downloaded the latest versions from this site, but they still kill my pc.

I am currently trying to install things on another pc and then copy over the drivers and regisry entries, but wouldn't mind some advice. If you could give me a list of files which would need copying over, that would be great. (or work out why this kills my usually stable PC every time)

Hi,

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this problem.

Is it actually during the installation that the PC blue screens, or once you start using Picoscope or Picolog does it occur then.

What Operating System are you using, if it is XP, 2000, NT have you logged in as administrator.

Are you intending using the ADC-12 across the Parallel port our with a USB to Parallel port convertor.

Once I have answers for these I will try to assist you further.
