Limit of measurement of DC 20V, at short circuit on an input the program shows DC = -445mV?
How to make calibration of an oscillograph for correction of DC error?

can i eliminate an error in 0,5 volts at measurement on a limit of 20 volt (on other limits of measurement an error less)?

Hi this could be a bad earth on your cable, can you try using a different cable? Do you see this effect with nothing physically connected on the input?

????

This indicates that some components on the analogue front end have been damaged. The unit would have to be sent back to us for repairs.
