Input Impedance of 2205

Postby Steven » Tue Mar 09, 2010 3:16 pm

Hi,

I have recently purchased a current probe which is calibrated to work with a spectrum analyzer having a 50 ohm input Impedance.

Now I have the 2205 Picoscope. If I am not mistaken the input impedance of the 2205 is 1M ohm, does this mean that I can't use my current probe with this device?

Thanks,
Steven

Just use our 50 ohm through terminator, type TA051:-
http://www.picotech.com/oscilloscope-ac ... html#TA051
This costs £9.50 + carriage + VAT.

PeterF.
