Hi,

since yesterday my picoscope software only works in fullscreen mode. It starts in minimized mode and the only thing I can do is to right click on the program in the taskbar and choose "maximize", then everything works fine but I don't want to run in fullscreen mode. If I choose "size" or "move" the cursor is placed just outside of the right border of the screen and I am not able to move it nor rezise it. I have tried to upgrade the software to ver 5.09.4 but that didn't help. Any ideas what to do?

Hi,

I would suggest deleting the settings.pss file, this may have become corrupted.

The next stage would be to remove the current installation and loading in a complete new installation overwriting all the files.

If using the a shortcut check that this has not been set to minimise the software on load up.
