Will the PicoScope 4000 work with an Acer Laptop with Intel Celeron M900 Processor, XP Pro SP3, 1GB RAM. Its the processor we are not sure about. Thanks

As long as you meet the minimum requirements for Windows XP (or any Vista or Windows 7) it should be fine on your computer. In a nutshell yes.
