Running picolog through excel uses up CPU 100%
Anyway around this

Dear Geoff,

Further to your inquiry about the CPU usage percentage. This is normal. The usage is affected by sample rate and is PC specification dependant.

The lower the sample rate the lower the CPU usage. Unfortunately there is no work around for this.

Hi Every one,
I used a TC08 serial with many computers: new , old, and it was ok
I try to use this device with a HP vectra VL400 and the data logger cannot connect on the TC08 and it is requesting the driver V2.6.
What can I do ?

Hi,

Please could you provide the following information:

Operating system.
If you are using a USB - Serial converter.
The version of PicoLog you are using.

If you have a USB - serial converter, did you install the software, connect the cable, then connect the device?

Dear All,
It is working now. I had a cble problem between computer and TC08 terminal. I ma using a pair of RS232/RS422 converter in order to increase the distance. The problem was between the 2 converters.

It is working well now.
